GigaCloud Technology (GCT) IPO Opens 57% Higher

Today’s IPO for GigaCloud Technology (GCT) opened for trading at $19.20 after pricing 2,940,000 Class A ordinary shares at a public offering price of $12.25 per Class A ordinary share. Shares have since moved up to $21.

Aegis Capital Corp. acted as the sole book-running manager for the Offering.

GigaCloud Technology Inc is a pioneer of global end-to-end B2B ecommerce solutions for large parcel merchandise.
