Airbus SE is a multinational aerospace company based in Europe. Products for civil and military aerospace are designed, manufactured, and sold worldwide by Airbus. There are three divisions in the company: Helicopters, Defense and Space, and Commercial Aircraft (Airbus S.A.S.), with the third being the largest in its field in terms of revenues and turbine helicopter deliveries. Airbus is the largest aircraft manufacturer in the world as of 2019.

The production of the final assembly is based in Toulouse, France; Berlin, Germany; Broughton, Great Britain; Spain’s Seville; In China, Tianjin; United States: Mobile; and Canada’s Montreal. The Airbus A320, the first commercially viable digital fly-by-wire airliner, and the A380, the largest passenger airliner in the world, are manufactured and sold by the company.
On January 19, 2010, Emirates received its 6,000th aircraft, an A380, while Singapore Airlines received its 10,000th aircraft, an A350-900, on October 14, 2016. On May 20, 2019, Delta Air Lines received its 12,000th aircraft, an A220. By October 2016, the global Airbus fleet had carried 12 billion passengers on more than 110 million flights that covered more than 215 billion kilometers.
