Musk to leave Twitter CEO post

Budrigannews.com – Elon Musk said in a virtual speech on Wednesday at the World Government Summit in Dubai that it would be “good timing” to hire someone to run Twitter toward the end of this year.
Musk has previously stated that he is looking for someone to run the platform that he purchased in October 2022 for $44 billion. In December, he tweeted, ” When I find someone foolish enough to take the position, I will resign as CEO! After that, I will only manage the servers and software teams.”
Musk responded that he believes he needs to stabilize the organization, ensure that it is in a financially healthy place, and ensure that the product roadmap is clearly laid out at the World Government Summit on Wednesday when asked if he had found a new Twitter CEO and when they would be hired.
According to Musk, “I don’t know, I’m guessing probably towards the end of this year would be good timing to find someone else to run the company, because I think it should be in a stable position around, you know, at the end of this year”
