In this video, we update where the current bear market is within the mega-bear market template. Mega-bears have three phases and the last phase is an accelerated decline that typically lasts 3 to 6 months.

The current bear could enter the accelerated decline phase anywhere from a week to 8 weeks from now. The accelerated decline phase usually coincides with the recession. The worst decline in the occurs from two months before the start of the recession to three months after.

We also compare the current bear to 1973-1974 and 1968-1970 (inflationary ones) and 2000-2002. There are similarities between all three bears.
