US Dollar Index: Is It Building a Major Bottom?

Will the chart and psychological support at 100 act as a reversal point for the ? Now, after the , will it be “buy the rumor, sell the fact”?

Cannot answer in advance but the index is stuck in a 100-106 range for about 2 years now. Kudos anyway to those who sold the US Dollar at the range highs.
