UK regulator to begin review of IBM, Hashicorp merger

(Reuters) – Hashicorp said on Tuesday the cloud software vendor received a notice from the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority last week saying it would begin a phase one review of the company’s merger with International Business Machines (NYSE:).
