UK inflation fell in November-Report
Budrigannews.com – The Bank of England was under less pressure to keep raising interest rates in the midst of a recession after U.K. inflation fell more than expected in November.
The adjustment of regulated household energy prices led to a month-over-month increase of 0.4 percent, a decrease from the alarming 2.0 percent in October. Experts had expected an increment of 0.6% early.
As a result, the rate decreased from 11.1% to 10.7%.
