(Reuters) – U.S. Secretary of State spokesperson Ned Price on Wednesday condemned plans by Russian-backed authorities to try Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) in the port city of Mariupol saying that the unlawful process would amount to a “mockery of justice.”
