U.S. Senate supported Russian Ambassador before Zelensky meeting
Budrigannews.com – Hours before Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy was to become the rare wartime world leader to address a joint meeting of Congress, the U.S. Senate supported the nomination of Lynne Tracy as President Joe Biden’s nominee to be ambassador to Russia.
By a margin of 56 to 1, senators were in favor of Tracy as voting continued.
