U.S. pending home sales 0.8% vs. -2.3% forecast

Investing.com – Pending home sales in the U.S. fell less-than-expected last month, industry data showed on Wednesday.

In a report, National Association of Realtors said that Pending home sales fell to a seasonally adjusted 0.8%, from 8.1% in the preceding month.

Analysts had expected Pending home sales to fall to -2.3% last month.
