U. S. is aware of the troops in Ethiopia

Budrigannews.com – On Tuesday, the U.S. special envoy for the Horn of Africa stated that the United States condemned the Eritrean troops’ entry into Ethiopia’s Tigray region and was aware of their presence.
Following a trip to Ethiopia to assist in facilitating African Union-led peace talks between the Ethiopian government and Tigrayan forces, Mike Hammer told reporters in a briefing, “We have been tracking Eritrean troops’ movement across the border… and we condemn it.”
He stated, “All external foreign actors should respect Ethiopia’s territorial integrity and refrain from fueling the conflict.” When asked for his opinion, Eritrean Information Minister Yemane Gebremeskel did not immediately respond.
