Turkey stocks lower at close of trade; BIST 100 down 0.48%

Investing.com – Turkey stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Istanbul, the declined 0.48%.
The best performers of the session on the were Turkiye Halk Bankasi (IS:), which rose 6.53% or 1.07 points to trade at 17.45 at the close. Meanwhile, Can2 Termik AS (IS:) added 6.06% or 0.10 points to end at 1.75 and Katilimevim Tasarruf Finansman AS (IS:) was up 5.36% or 2.38 points to 46.78 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Mavi Giyim Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS (IS:), which fell 5.58% or 6.00 points to trade at 101.60 at the close. Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi AS (IS:) declined 2.98% or 0.98 points to end at 31.94 and Tekfen Holding AS (IS:) was down 2.71% or 1.50 points to 53.95.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Istanbul Stock Exchange by 373 to 182 and 23 ended unchanged.
Gold Futures for December delivery was up 0.47% or 11.95 to $2,537.95 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in October rose 0.91% or 0.63 to hit $69.83 a barrel, while the November Brent oil contract rose 0.77% or 0.56 to trade at $73.26 a barrel.
USD/TRY was down 0.10% to 33.95, while EUR/TRY fell 0.20% to 37.63.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.05% at 101.25.
