The Turkish government will check overpricing in stores
Budrigannews.com – Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said that at the next cabinet meetings, tougher measures will be discussed to take measures on supermarkets and shops that set higher prices for goods, the Haberturk TV channel reports on Monday.
In Turkey, annual inflation is more than 85 percent.
When Erdogan spoke to reporters in feedback with Qatar, he said that earlier fines were not enough to punish such buyers, and the authorities are attentive to this issue.
“The inspection will continue using completely different methods, because fines, apparently, will not increase the situation… The main thing is that they pay higher duties,” Erdogan said.
