Spanish Bit2Me Acquires Peruvian Crypto Exchange Platform
- Bit2me purchased 85% of Fluyez’s shares for more than $1.022 million.
- COO Andrei Manuel is excited about the acquisition and but stated that Fluyez will not change its name.
- Bit2Me is looking forward to acquiring more exchanges in Latin American countries.
A Spanish crypto exchange, Bit2Me, announced today that Bit2Me obtained most of the shares of another crypto exchange, Fluyez, a crypto exchange company based in Peru.
Today, Bit2Me posted the official announcement on Twitter (NYSE:TWTR):

The COO of Bit2Me, Andrei Manuel, reported that Bit2me had purchased 85% of Fluyez’s shares for more than $1.022 million.
Manuel said:
Fluyez will not change its name after being acquired and plans to grow from 10,000 users to 100,000 in one year.
Moreover, Manuel also mentioned that Luis Eduardo Berrospi, co-founder and CEO of Fluyez, will continue to be under operation of Fluyez.
According to sources, Bit2Me is looking forward to acquiring more exchanges in Latin American countries and is currently gazing at another exchange company in Chile.
“We are looking for companies in the spectrum between $1 million and $20 million as well as who are fully compliant, have an audience, a wallet to store the cryptocurrencies, fiat, to exchange, and a solid tea,” said Manuel.
Bit2Me wrote another post on Twitter where they hint at expanding to other countries.

The CEO of Bit2Me, Leif Ferreira, reported that the company has already signed two agreements to buy a fintech company and a software developer based in Spain in Q2 2022.
Lastly, Ferreira added that 250 employment standings will be available during the next 12 months.
