Budrigannews.com – According to a report published on Monday by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, smartphone deliveries within China in October decreased by 27.2 percent year-over-year to 23.78 million handsets.

Over January to October cell phone shipments fell 22% from a similar period last year to 215 million units.
