Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.74%
Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Real Estate Development, Agriculture & Food and Hotels & Tourism sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.74%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Omran Industrial & Trading Co (TADAWUL:4141), which rose 9.94% or 7.70 points to trade at 85.20 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (TADAWUL:2160) added 4.62% or 1.50 points to end at 34.00 and Saudi Steel Pipe Company (TADAWUL:1320) was up 2.97% or 0.58 points to 20.10 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development (TADAWUL:4300), which fell 10.00% or 1.24 points to trade at 11.16 at the close. Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (TADAWUL:7201) declined 9.92% or 7.50 points to end at 68.10 and Saudi Industrial Export Co (TADAWUL:4140) was down 9.90% or 3.90 points to 35.50.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 183 to 55 and 1 ended unchanged.
Shares in Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (TADAWUL:7201) fell to 52-week lows; down 9.92% or 7.50 to 68.10.
Crude oil for August delivery was up 0.23% or 0.25 to $107.87 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 0.28% or 0.31 to hit $109.41 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.08% or 1.45 to trade at $1,828.85 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.21% to 3.97, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.16% at 103.79.
