Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the were Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (TADAWUL:), which rose 6.57% or 5.00 points to trade at 81.10 at the close. Meanwhile, Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:) added 5.11% or 1.70 points to end at 35.00 and Thimar Development Holding Co (TADAWUL:) was up 4.54% or 0.66 points to 15.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:), which fell 7.14% or 0.01 points to trade at 0.13 at the close. Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund (TADAWUL:) declined 3.30% or 0.40 points to end at 11.72 and Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co CSJC (TADAWUL:) was down 3.10% or 10.80 points to 337.20.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 143 to 134 and 29 ended unchanged.

Shares in Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:) fell to 52-week lows; down 7.14% or 0.01 to 0.13. Shares in Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund (TADAWUL:) fell to 52-week lows; losing 3.30% or 0.40 to 11.72.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 1.34% or 1.10 to $80.83 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.23% or 1.06 to hit $85.27 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.23% or 5.30 to trade at $2,308.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.05% to 4.00, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.00% at 106.11.
