Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.35%
Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Media & Publishing, Industrial Investment and Petrochemicals sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.35% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Moammar Information Systems Co CJSC (TADAWUL:7200), which rose 5.89% or 6.40 points to trade at 115.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Jarir Marketing Co (TADAWUL:4190) added 5.72% or 8.60 points to end at 159.00 and Arabian Centres Co (TADAWUL:4321) was up 4.26% or 0.82 points to 20.06 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Wafrah for Industry and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2100), which fell 56.93% or 64.90 points to trade at 49.10 at the close. Saudi Industrial Export Co (TADAWUL:4140) declined 9.99% or 7.00 points to end at 63.10 and Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (TADAWUL:7201) was down 9.95% or 12.00 points to 108.60.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 130 to 104 and 6 ended unchanged.
Shares in Wafrah for Industry and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2100) fell to 52-week lows; down 56.93% or 64.90 to 49.10.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.76% or 0.90 to $118.03 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.57% or 0.69 to hit $120.48 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.55% or 9.95 to trade at $1,823.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.11% to 3.91, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.31% at 105.01.
