Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the were Middle East Healthcare Co CJSC (TADAWUL:), which rose 9.90% or 4.55 points to trade at 50.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Astra Industrial Group (TADAWUL:) added 9.90% or 6.70 points to end at 74.40 and Saudi Pharmaceutical Appliances (TADAWUL:) was up 9.85% or 2.60 points to 29.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were National Medical Care Company (TADAWUL:), which fell 3.11% or 3.20 points to trade at 99.80 at the close. Anaam International Holding Group (TADAWUL:) declined 3.06% or 0.85 points to end at 26.95 and Riyadh Cables Group Company CJSC (TADAWUL:) was down 2.73% or 1.60 points to 57.10.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 136 to 118 and 22 ended unchanged.
Shares in Middle East Healthcare Co CJSC (TADAWUL:) rose to 3-years highs; gaining 9.90% or 4.55 to 50.50. Shares in Astra Industrial Group (TADAWUL:) rose to all time highs; gaining 9.90% or 6.70 to 74.40.
Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.20% or 0.14 to $71.25 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.17% or 0.13 to hit $75.36 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.62% or 12.60 to trade at $2,010.10 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.12% to 4.07, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.15% at 102.42.
