Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.13%
Budrigannews.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the fell 0.13%.
The best performers of the session on the were Al Gassim Investment Holding Company SJSC (TADAWUL:), which rose 4.98% or 1.10 points to trade at 23.20 at the close. Meanwhile, Astra Industrial Group (TADAWUL:) added 4.13% or 2.30 points to end at 58.00 and Al Dawaa Medical Services Co (TADAWUL:) was up 3.67% or 3.00 points to 84.80 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (TADAWUL:), which fell 6.60% or 2.30 points to trade at 32.55 at the close. Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (TADAWUL:) declined 4.74% or 2.40 points to end at 48.20 and Raydan Co (TADAWUL:) was down 3.89% or 1.05 points to 25.95.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 132 to 96 and 19 ended unchanged.
Shares in Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (TADAWUL:) fell to 52-week lows; down 6.60% or 2.30 to 32.55. Shares in Astra Industrial Group (TADAWUL:) rose to 5-year highs; rising 4.13% or 2.30 to 58.00.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 1.41% or 1.16 to $83.23 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 1.29% or 1.16 to hit $91.19 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.97% or 16.05 to trade at $1,639.75 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.63% to 3.68, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.02% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.58% at 112.64.
