Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 2.33%

Budrigannews.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Petrochemicals, Cement and Media & Publishing sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 2.33%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Arabian Mining Company (TADAWUL:1211), which rose 9.98% or 4.60 points to trade at 50.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Sahara International Petrochemical Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2310) added 9.92% or 3.95 points to end at 43.75 and Methanol Chemicals Company (TADAWUL:2001) was up 7.57% or 2.30 points to 32.70 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co (TADAWUL:8160), which fell 9.93% or 1.76 points to trade at 15.96 at the close. United Cooperative Assurance Co (TADAWUL:8190) declined 6.54% or 1.70 points to end at 24.30 and Al Hammadi Co (TADAWUL:4007) was down 3.69% or 1.55 points to 40.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 175 to 55 and 9 ended unchanged.
Shares in Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co (TADAWUL:8160) fell to 52-week lows; falling 9.93% or 1.76 to 15.96. Shares in United Cooperative Assurance Co (TADAWUL:8190) fell to 52-week lows; losing 6.54% or 1.70 to 24.30.
Crude oil for September delivery was up 4.85% or 4.59 to $99.16 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 4.75% or 4.81 to hit $105.97 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.57% or 9.75 to trade at $1,713.35 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.83% to 3.82, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.81% at 107.04.
