Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.55%
Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Energy & Utilities, Agriculture & Food and Hotels & Tourism sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.55%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8311), which rose 10.00% or 1.72 points to trade at 18.92 at the close. Meanwhile, Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8310) added 9.93% or 1.36 points to end at 15.06 and Wataniya Insurance Company (TADAWUL:8300) was up 6.94% or 1.00 points to 15.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (TADAWUL:7201), which fell 9.99% or 8.80 points to trade at 79.30 at the close. Saudi Industrial Export Co (TADAWUL:4140) declined 9.96% or 5.10 points to end at 46.10 and Wafrah for Industry and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2100) was down 9.67% or 4.70 points to 43.90.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 145 to 89 and 5 ended unchanged.
Shares in Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (TADAWUL:7201) fell to 52-week lows; losing 9.99% or 8.80 to 79.30.
Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.51% or 0.55 to $107.44 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.57% or 0.64 to hit $112.48 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.05% or 1.00 to trade at $1,839.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.29% to 3.95, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.28% at 104.19.
