Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the added 0.30%.
The best performers of the session on the were First Milling Company SJSC (TADAWUL:), which rose 13.48% or 9.50 points to trade at 80.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals Factory Company SJSC (TADAWUL:) added 9.94% or 8.90 points to end at 98.40 and Al Mawarid Manpower Company SCJSC (TADAWUL:) was up 9.80% or 9.30 points to 104.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Al Aseel Co Ltd (TADAWUL:), which fell 8.45% or 0.49 points to trade at 5.31 at the close. Saudi Chemical Company (TADAWUL:) declined 4.50% or 0.17 points to end at 3.61 and Batic Investments and Logistics Co (TADAWUL:) was down 4.47% or 0.11 points to 2.35.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 169 to 89 and 27 ended unchanged.
Shares in First Milling Company SJSC (TADAWUL:) rose to all time highs; up 13.48% or 9.50 to 80.00. Shares in Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals Factory Company SJSC (TADAWUL:) rose to all time highs; rising 9.94% or 8.90 to 98.40. Shares in Al Mawarid Manpower Company SCJSC (TADAWUL:) rose to all time highs; gaining 9.80% or 9.30 to 104.20.
Crude oil for August delivery was up 0.84% or 0.59 to $70.45 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 0.91% or 0.68 to hit $75.19 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.52% or 9.90 to trade at $1,927.80 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.41% to 4.09, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.42% at 102.57.
