Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.27%
Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Building & Construction, Petrochemicals and Cement sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.27%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (TADAWUL:1213), which rose 9.93% or 4.30 points to trade at 47.60 at the close. Meanwhile, National Metal Manufacturing Co. (TADAWUL:2220) added 8.47% or 1.82 points to end at 23.30 and Zamil Industrial Investment Co (TADAWUL:2240) was up 7.15% or 1.46 points to 21.88 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Retal Urban Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4322), which fell 4.81% or 6.20 points to trade at 122.80 at the close. Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (TADAWUL:4070) declined 3.48% or 4.00 points to end at 111.00 and Saudi Airlines Catering Company (TADAWUL:6004) was down 3.24% or 2.60 points to 77.60.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 123 to 99 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was up 1.53% or 1.39 to $92.15 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 1.44% or 1.39 to hit $98.04 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.38% or 6.90 to trade at $1,812.10 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.43% to 3.85, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.02% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.33% at 105.97.
