Sam Bankman-Fried has declared his innocence on all charges
Budrigannews.com – Sam Bankman-Fried has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him, including those for wire fraud, securities fraud, and violating campaign finance laws.
On January 3, a number of observers in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York reported that in SBF’s first court appearance since December, Bankman-Fried’s attorneys had entered a not guilty plea. During the same hearing, the judge granted SBF’s legal team’s request to redact the identifying information of the people who guaranteed his $250 million bond. Since Bankman-Fried posted bail in December, his parents have reportedly been “the target of intense media scrutiny, harassment, and threats.”
