Budrigannews.com – On Friday, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the government’s finances would hold up fine and that Moscow would not suffer as a result of the West’s price cap on Russian oil exports.

He said that the move was “stupid” and that the people who set the caps would see energy prices “skyrocket.” He reiterated that Russia would not sell oil to countries that adhere to the $60-per-barrel limit set by Australia, the G7, and the European Union.
He stated that Moscow was working on a response that would be made public in the coming days.
