Roku Says Apple Music Now Available on its Platform

Investing.com — Roku Inc (NASDAQ:ROKU) announced Monday that the AAPL) Music app is now available globally on its platform.
The TV streaming company said Apple Music subscribers can stream on any Roku device, such as Roku streaming players, Roku TV models, and Roku audio products like the Roku Streambar (R) Pro.
Roku’s stock jumped 8.75% Monday.
Last week the company reported earnings, beating analyst expectations. Roku reported a loss per share of 19 cents on revenue of $733.7 million.
Following the release, Benchmark analyst Daniel Kurnos told investors in a note that it “feels like the narrative we all expected” from the company’s results was “turned on its head.”
The analyst added that he believes the quarter “showcased Roku’s unique appeal.”
