Bed Bath & Beyond (NASDAQ:BBBY) 27% HIGHER; report by the Wall Street Journal claiming the company managed to secure a loan.
Bird Global, Inc. (NYSE:BRDS) 25% HIGHER; announced that cities including San Diego, California, Memphis, Tennessee, and Newark, New Jersey, as well as Durham, North Carolina and Louisville, Kentucky, will extend their shared e-mobility programs with Bird. The company today also announced it will soon return to Minneapolis, Minnesota, as well as expand to Bradenton, Florida, Knoxville, Tennessee, the University of Oregon and Eugene, Oregon, and UNC Wilmington, North Carolina before students return to college campuses for the fall semester.
Nordstrom (NYSE:JWN) 15% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.81, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.99 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.96 billion. Nordstrom sees FY2022 EPS of $2.30-$2.60, versus prior of $3.20-$3.50 and the consensus of $3.05. Sees revenue up 5-7%, versus prior of 6-8%.
Tattooed Chef, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTCF) 12% HIGHER; announced today an expanded distribution agreement with Walmart, Inc. (NYSE:WMT) that will increase the availability of Tattooed Chef branded products at Walmart stores across the United States.
Peloton Interactive, Inc. (NASDAQ:PTON) 9% HIGHER; announced the Peloton Bike, Guide, and select accessories and apparel are now available for purchase in Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN)’s U.S. stores, with Bike delivery available to most of the United States.
Petco Health and Wellness Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:WOOF) 8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.19, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.48 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.49 billion. Petco Health and Wellness sees FY2022 EPS of $0.77-$0.81, versus the consensus of $0.90.
