Poland stocks higher at close of trade; WIG30 up 0.13%

Investing.com – Poland stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Warsaw, the gained 0.13%.
The best performers of the session on the were X Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski SA (WA:), which rose 3.08% or 2.08 points to trade at 69.54 at the close. Meanwhile, Text SA (WA:) added 2.50% or 1.60 points to end at 65.70 and BUDIMEX SA (WA:) was up 2.25% or 10.40 points to 473.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Jastrzebska Spotka Weglowa SA (WA:), which fell 2.79% or 0.58 points to trade at 20.20 at the close. Orange Polska SA (WA:) declined 1.86% or 0.14 points to end at 7.29 and Kruk SA (WA:) was down 0.91% or 3.80 points to 415.60.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Warsaw Stock Exchange by 342 to 248 and 72 ended unchanged.
Shares in Jastrzebska Spotka Weglowa SA (WA:) fell to 3-years lows; losing 2.79% or 0.58 to 20.20. Shares in Orange Polska SA (WA:) fell to 52-week lows; falling 1.86% or 0.14 to 7.29.
Crude oil for February delivery was down 1.05% or 0.73 to $68.73 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 1.07% or 0.78 to hit $71.78 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.57% or 15.04 to trade at $2,630.06 a troy ounce.
EUR/PLN was up 0.26% to 4.27, while USD/PLN rose 0.54% to 4.10.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.51% at 107.90.
