Payment transactions in Brazil, what has changed?
Budrigannews.com – The decision to allow credit fintechs to initiate payment transactions was made by Brazil’s National Monetary Council on Friday, according to the central bank. In practice, this will allow them to provide payment services to consumers and businesses.
“Initiate a transaction ordered by the final user but never manage the payment account, nor hold the funds of the transactions,” the central bank stated in a statement.
