North Korea responds with missile launches in response to South Korean exercises

Budrigannews.com – In response to South Korea’s ongoing border drills, North Korea’s official KCNA reported on Tuesday that the country had issued an order to its military units to fire additional artillery shells into the sea.
A day earlier, North Korea claimed to have fired more than 130 shells into the sea off its east and west coasts, some of which landed in a buffer zone close to the sea border between the two Koreas. Seoul claimed that this was a violation of a 2018 inter-Korean agreement to reduce tensions.
