North Korea issued terrifying warning to U. S.

Budrigannews.com – KCNA, the state media outlet, reported on Tuesday that North Korea claimed that a move to shoot down one of its test missiles would be considered a declaration of war and attributed the rising tensions to a joint military exercise between the United States and South Korea.
In a statement, Kim Yo Jong, the powerful sister of Kim Jong Un, stated that Pyongyang would interpret the United States’ military action against the North’s strategic weapon tests as a “declaration of war.”
She also gave the impression that the North might launch additional missiles into the Pacific. The United States and its allies have never shot down North Korean ballistic missiles, which are prohibited by the United Nations Security Council. However, since the North has said that it will fire more missiles over Japan, the issue has been brought under new scrutiny.
Kim declared, “The Pacific Ocean does not belong to the dominium of the United States or Japan.”
According to analysts, if North Korea implements its threat to transform the Pacific Ocean into a “firing range,” it would not only demonstrate its military resolve but also enable the isolated nation with nuclear weapons to make technological advancements.
The head of the Foreign News Section at North Korea’s Foreign Ministry made a separate statement in which he said that the United States had “aggravated” the situation by planning joint air drills with a B-52 bomber on Monday and field exercises between the United States and South Korea.
The Unification Ministry of South Korea, which oversees relations with the North, responded by stating that Pyongyang’s “reckless nuclear and missile development” is to blame for the situation’s deterioration.
In what South Korea’s defense ministry described as a show of force against North Korea’s nuclear and missile threats, the United States deployed the B-52 bomber for a joint drill with South Korean fighter jets.
Beginning next week, the two nations will engage in extensive military drills known as the “Freedom Shield” for more than ten days.
Yonhap reported that in response to North Korea’s threats to destroy airfields, U.S. and South Korean warplanes practiced rapid takeoff on Tuesday in a drill.
As a legacy of the 1950–53 Korean War, which resulted in an armistice rather than a peace treaty and left the two nations technically at war, approximately 28,500 U.S. troops are stationed in South Korea.
