Netherlands stocks higher at close of trade; AEX up 0.60%

Investing.com – Netherlands stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Amsterdam, the rose 0.60%.
The best performers of the session on the were ASM International NV (AS:), which rose 2.26% or 13.20 points to trade at 596.40 at the close. Meanwhile, ASML Holding NV (AS:) added 2.05% or 15.40 points to end at 767.50 and NN Group NV (AS:) was up 1.61% or 0.71 points to 44.76 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ING Groep NV (AS:), which fell 2.48% or 0.40 points to trade at 15.65 at the close. DSM Firmenich AG (AS:) declined 0.43% or 0.50 points to end at 116.25 and Universal Music Group NV (AS:) was down 0.17% or 0.04 points to 23.69.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange by 73 to 27 and 12 ended unchanged.
The , which measures the implied volatility of AEX options, was unchanged 0.00% to 21.09.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.24% or 0.18 to $73.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.49% or 0.38 to hit $76.80 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.06% or 1.60 to trade at $2,633.80 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.31% to 1.09, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.10% to 0.84.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.30% at 102.61.
