(Reuters) – Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ:) will lodge an appeal by the end of Wednesday against British regulators’ decision to block its $75 billion takeover of Activision Blizzard (NASDAQ:), Sky News reported.
Microsoft did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
