LVMH to build Louis Vuitton factory in Italy
Budrigannews.com – According to a statement released on Friday by the Tuscany region, the world’s largest luxury goods company, LVMH, intends to establish a brand-new factory in Italy to manufacture Louis Vuitton bags and other leather accessories.
According to the region, which signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LVMH, the workshop will be the largest in Italy entirely dedicated to producing Louis Vuitton products.
It will be the third Louis Vuitton manufacturing facility in Tuscany, and it will be in the small town of Sieci.
The three-year memorandum of understanding anticipates that LVMH will employ 450 people in the region, up from the current 270.
