LOBO EV Technologies Announces 2.2M Share IPO at $4/sh

LOBO EV Technologies (LOBO) has filed for 2,200,000 share IPO at $4 per share.

The company describes itself as: “We are an innovative electric vehicles manufacturer and seller. We design, develop, manufacture and sell e-bicycles, e-mopeds, e-tricycles, and electric off-highway four-wheeled shuttles such as golf carts and mobility scooters for the elderly and disabled persons. We also provide automobile information and entertainment software development and design services to customers. We do not provide in-vehicle entertainment services to end-users independently. Leveraging our cutting-edge technologies in connectivity, multimedia interactive systems and artificial intelligence, we are re-defining our products in order to provide users with convenient, affordable and pleasant driving experiences.”

Kingswood will serve as sole underwriter.
