Libya keeps oil production at current levels-Minister
Budrigannews.com – On the sidelines of an OAPEC meeting on Monday, Libya’s oil minister, Mohamed Oun, told reporters that the country is producing approximately 1.2 million barrels of oil per day.
He added, “We hope to return to 2010 levels within two or three years, which were 1.6 million bpd.”
He added that he hoped Libya’s announcement last week of lifting force majeure on oil and gas exploration would encourage foreign oil companies to return.
