Kosovo may become a new EU country
Budrigannews.com – On Thursday, Albin Kurti, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, made a request for Kosovo to join the European Union. This marked the beginning of a process that could take years, if not decades, and is contingent on Kosovo normalizing relations with Serbia.
The application was presented in Prague to the Czech Republic, which currently holds the rotating presidency of the EU, by Kurti, who had stated this week that Kosovo would formally apply to join the group.
