Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Biomed, Technology and Oil & Gas sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.95%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Shufersal (TASE:SAE), which rose 7.07% or 175.00 points to trade at 2,650.00 at the close. Meanwhile, OPKO Health Inc (TASE:OPK) added 6.03% or 57.70 points to end at 1,015.00 and Liveperson (TASE:LPSN) was up 4.83% or 275.00 points to 5,973.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN), which fell 1.90% or 34.00 points to trade at 1,760.00 at the close. Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:AZRG) declined 1.48% or 380.00 points to end at 25,360.00 and Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd (TASE:ALHE) was down 1.26% or 63.00 points to 4,920.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 368 to 129 and 26 ended unchanged.
Shares in Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) fell to 52-week lows; down 1.90% or 34.00 to 1,760.00.
Crude oil for July delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $108.30 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 3.51% or 3.77 to hit $111.22 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.78% or 14.30 to trade at $1,810.30 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 1.09% to 3.40, while EUR/ILS fell 0.76% to 3.54.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.37% at 104.51.
