Housing prices rose in the UK in October-report
Budrigannews.com – The Office for National Statistics (ONS) reported on Wednesday that British house prices increased by 12.6% year-over-year in October. This increase was partly caused by a sharp decline in the same month last year as a result of changes to the stamp duty property tax.
The increment was higher than September’s 9.9% ascent.
Property prices in Britain have decreased month-over-month as a result of an increase in interest rates and a surge in overall inflation, according to more recent measurements of the market.
