PORT-AU-PRINCE (Reuters) – Haiti’s transitional presidential council will appoint a new prime minister, replacing Garry Conille who was named prime minister of the Caribbean nation in May, according to a draft resolution seen by Reuters which is expected to be published Monday (NASDAQ:) in the official gazette.

The council will name Alix Didier Fils-Aime as Haiti’s new prime minister, according to the resolution.
