GBP/USD at 1.3042 is showing first signs of an upward breakout.

IF the pair can break the 1.3080 resistance, a move to the ATR target at the 1.3145-3150 area is the direction.

Watch the USDX for any change in direction. The ATR for the pair currently is 81 pips per day and its 180 day average is 85 pips per day.

At time of writing, the U.S. dollar index was moving down.
