IF the pair can break the R6 here, look for a continuation to the ATR target at 1.7875, and then 1.7900. Watch for the reversal there.

Keep an eye on the USDX for any change in direction. The ATR for the pair currently is 203 pips per day and its 180 day average is 178 pips per day.
