FLO partners with VinFast to bring charging solutions to Canada

American EV charging company, FLO announced Tuesday that its charging network is now equipped to provide charging for Canadian drivers with VinFast (NASDAQ:) vehicles.

This integration enables VinFast drivers to conveniently utilize FLO’s network of dependable charging stations, including both public level 2 and DC fast chargers.

“Partnering with companies like VinFast broadens FLO’s network and community, ensuring more EV drivers have access to the optimal charging experience FLO provides across North America,” said FLO’s CEO, Louis Tremblay.

The collaboration and charger integration empower VinFast drivers in Canada to initiate charging sessions seamlessly via the VinFast app or directly through the vehicle’s navigation system. This grants immediate access to FLO’s widespread network of public charging stations across the country.

“We are very honored to have this opportunity with FLO in the Canadian market. This partnership not only gives VinFast users in Canada access to a nationwide charging network, but also helps accelerate the achievement of our long-term NET zero (Zero Emissions) goal,” added VinFast Deputy CEO, Robert Muller.

Shares of VFS are down 2.62% in afternoon trading on Tuesday.
