Finland stocks higher at close of trade; OMX Helsinki 25 up 0.82%

Investing.com – Finland stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Helsinki, the gained 0.82%.
The best performers of the session on the were Nordea Bank Abp (HE:), which rose 2.60% or 0.28 points to trade at 11.05 at the close. Meanwhile, Nokian Renkaat Oyj (HE:) added 2.49% or 0.19 points to end at 7.81 and Wartsila Oyj Abp (HE:) was up 2.46% or 0.43 points to 17.94 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Neste Oyj (HE:), which fell 4.02% or 0.59 points to trade at 14.09 at the close. Outokumpu Oyj (HE:) declined 1.46% or 0.05 points to end at 3.24 and Huhtamaki Oyj (HE:) was down 0.83% or 0.30 points to 35.74.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 116 to 53 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Neste Oyj (HE:) fell to 5-year lows; falling 4.02% or 0.59 to 14.09.
Brent oil for January delivery was up 0.98% or 0.71 to $73.52 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in December rose 1.00% or 0.69 to hit $69.95 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.13% or 3.65 to trade at $2,752.95 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.30% to 1.09, while EUR/GBP fell 0.72% to 0.84.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.20% at 104.08.
