Explosions in Poland, what is known?
Budrigannews.com – Kiev said on Friday that the missiles will be deployed in the South-east, as Ukrainian experts discuss what role the country can play in the investigation of the incident.
Poland and other Western countries said that the missile that landed in Plizevodov, a village near the border with Ukraine, was a Ukrainian air defense missile that went astray tracking Russian missiles.
Kiev denied this, saying that there was evidence of “traces of Russia” in the explosion and demanded access to the site and a role in the investigation of the cause of the explosion.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba wrote on Twitter that Ukrainian experts had already worked on the site, but did not mention the demand in Kiev to participate in the survey.
“I am grateful to the Polish side for allowing (expert) access. We will continue to cooperate in an open and constructive way, as our close friends do,” he said.
Warsaw had said that Ukrainian officials would be able to see the place of the explosion. But it also states that participation in the investigation and access to documents must be in line with international law and treaties that require the agreement of the countries leading the probe, Poland and the United States.
“Yesterday we were in very intensive contact with the Ukrainian side,”ポーランドの副法務大臣セバスチャンKaletaは語りましたwp.pl News sites.
“The prosecutor of the relevant units of the State Prosecutor’s Office or the Regional Prosecutor’s Office is in contact with representatives of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine. There was a high-level talk.”
He did not give details of the outcome of the discussion.
Warsaw, Kiev and their Western allies said the ultimate responsibility for the explosion lies with Russia, which has invaded Ukraine on May 2 and pounding Ukrainian energy facilities with missiles.
The funerals of two agricultural workers killed in the explosion will take place on Saturday and Sunday, local authorities said.
