WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Proud Boys former top leader Enrique Tarrio pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to criminal charges alleging he conspired to block Congress from certifying President Joe Biden’s election victory ahead of an attack on the U.S. Capitol in 2021.
