Budrigannews.com – At a joint news conference with his German counterpart Robert Habeck, French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire stated that Europe must offer a robust response to the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).

Le Maire stated, “Europe must defend its interests.”

The IRA bill, which provides a tax credit for each eligible component produced in a U.S. factory, is feared by European industries to deter investment from the continent.
