Budrigannews.com – Residents said that a Sunday earthquake in southwestern Mexico caused tremors in parts of the capital, but there were no immediate reports of damage.
The magnitude 6.0 quake struck at a depth of 19.8 kilometers, or 12.3 miles, 3 kilometers (1.9 miles) west-northwest of El Ticui in the state of Guerrero, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
On Twitter, Mexico City Mayor Claudia Sheinbaum stated that no reports of damage had been received from a flyover of the city.
