Desperate actions of Russia after martial law

Budrigannews.com – After Russian President Vladimir Putin declared martial law on Wednesday in four partially occupied regions of Ukraine that Russia claims are its own, the United States stated that it was not surprising that Russia was using “desperate tactics.”
At a daily press briefing, State Department deputy spokesperson Vedant Patel stated, “Russia is resorting to desperate tactics to try to enforce control in these areas. It should be no surprise to anyone.”
